Privacy policy

Registration and sign in use your name, email, authentication details and email verification status. Supported sign in providers may also supply profile and account identifiers. We use this information to provide and secure your account.

Buyer records include purchases, free claims, download entitlements, payment references, reviews, messages and refund requests. Creator records include store details, submitted professional credentials, listings, files, payout account status and sales information. These are used to operate the marketplace and resolve issues.

Contact and feedback forms require a name, email, subject and message. Reports and editorial correction requests may include the URLs and evidence you provide. Our servers and security tools may receive IP address, browser, device and request information to deliver the site, diagnose errors and limit abuse.

Published stores, creator names or biographies, listings and public reviews can be seen by visitors. A creator can choose whether to show their submitted credential number on their public store. Do not include client identifying information in listings, reviews, messages or support requests.

Your account email, purchase library, payment references and support requests are not published as store content. Buyers and creators may see information needed for marketplace messages, purchases or disputes. PsychVault administrators can access records needed for support, moderation and operations.

Essential browser storage supports sign in, security and preferences. When Google Analytics is configured, it loads by default to measure site use. You can opt out using “Turn off analytics” in the cookie banner or by opening Cookie preferences in the footer. Once saved, your opt-out prevents the Google Analytics tag from loading on future visits in this browser and stops our analytics events. It does not delete information already collected.

Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag load only after you choose “Accept all” for marketing tracking. “Reject marketing” denies advertising consent but does not change your separate Google Analytics preference. “Accept all” also leaves an existing analytics opt-out unchanged. Choices are stored in this browser, not across your account or other devices. If browser storage is unavailable, we cannot retain choices across page loads and the banner explains this. Browser privacy settings and extensions may also limit tracking.

We retain account, transaction, support and marketplace records while needed to provide access, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable record keeping obligations. The application does not provide a self service account deletion flow or an automatic deadline for handling deletion requests.

To request account or data deletion, email hello@psychvault.com.au from the account email address. We will review what can be deleted and what records must remain, such as completed transactions or dispute evidence. Closing a creator store or removing a listing is separate from deleting an account. Facebook sign in users can also read the data deletion instructions.
